Delivery
All of our products are handmade created by us and if there are in stock are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and shipped via Hellenic Post.
If a product is out of stock you will be notified with message in the product page or via email and if you place the order we need 5-10 days to create the jewel(s).
Shipping to Greece via Hellenic Post takes 2-5 working days after despatched. Shipping to foreign countries via Hellenic Post takes 4-10 working days after despatched.
Return Policy
1. Unhappy with your order
If you are unhappy with your order you have the right to return it in whole or in part within fourteen (14) working days from the date you receive it. You have to communicate with us via email at info@mintworks.gr before you dispatched the products. The products must be at the same condition as it was received, together with the receipt and including specific labelling of the product (tags, etc.) You have to provide us the tracking number of your postage via email at info@mintworks.gr and you have to keep the certificate of postage safe as you will need it as your proof of return. You will be charged with the shipping costs.
In this case Mint offers two ways of refund:
- credit at our online store
- refund at your bank account
2. Defective products
Defective products must be returned within seven (7) working days from the date you receive them. You have to communicate with us via email at info@mintworks.gr before you dispatched the products. The products must be at the same condition as it was received, together with the receipt and including specific labelling of the product (tags, etc.) You have to provide us the tracking number of your postage via email at info@mintworks.gr and you have to keep the certificate of postage safe as you will need it as your proof of return. Mint accepts the dispatched of the products via Hellenic Post otherwise you will be charged with the shipping costs.
